1. About DealRadar

DealRadar is a Discord-based marketplace sourcing and resale decision-support service currently focused on Vinted UK.

DealRadar helps users create and manage saved searches, monitor listings, review observed marketplace pricing, estimate resale economics and track potential sourcing opportunities.

2. Decision-support only

DealRadar is intended to support your own sourcing and resale decisions. It does not provide a guarantee of resale value, profit, demand, marketplace availability, future price movement or successful completion of a transaction.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to buy, sell, make an offer, track a listing or take any other action.

3. Marketplace information

DealRadar may use observed marketplace information as part of its analysis. This can include asking prices and other listing information rather than confirmed completed-sale prices.

Marketplace listings can change, disappear, be edited, be removed or become unavailable at any time.

4. Estimates and calculations

Profit, ROI, resale-value, target maximum-buy and other calculated figures are estimates based on the information and assumptions available to DealRadar at the time of analysis.

Actual outcomes may differ because of fees, condition, negotiation, shipping, taxes, demand, returns, marketplace changes and other factors.

5. Discord access

DealRadar currently operates through the official DealRadar Discord server. Users access the bot from within that server.

Searches and alerts are currently handled through private Discord channels rather than public community channels.

Authorised DealRadar operators or administrators may still be able to access those channels where required for operation, support, moderation, security or troubleshooting.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for using DealRadar lawfully and for complying with the terms, policies and account requirements of Discord, Vinted and any other third-party services you use alongside DealRadar.

You must not use DealRadar to misuse third-party services, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or engage in unlawful activity.

7. Plans and pricing

DealRadar currently publishes Free, Premium and Pro plan information.

Premium is listed at £9.99 per month and Pro at £24.99 per month. These paid plans are intended to operate as recurring monthly subscriptions when production billing is enabled.

Live Stripe checkout is not currently enabled through the DealRadar website. Publishing plan information does not mean that a live paid subscription can currently be purchased through this website.

8. Payments

When production billing is enabled, DealRadar intends to use Stripe to process subscription payments.

Payment-card information entered into Stripe's services will be handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices.

DealRadar will not ask users to send full payment-card details, Stripe secret keys or other sensitive payment credentials through Discord or email.

9. Cancellation

When live paid subscriptions are enabled, DealRadar will provide an appropriate subscription-management method for cancelling a recurring plan.

The final production cancellation process will be confirmed before live billing is made available.

10. Availability and changes

DealRadar may be changed, updated, suspended or temporarily unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, third-party outages, marketplace changes, technical problems or product development.

Features, limits, monitoring intervals and supported marketplaces may also change as the service develops.

11. Third-party services

DealRadar depends on third-party services including Discord, Stripe, hosting providers and supported marketplaces.

DealRadar does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, behaviour, policies or continued compatibility.

12. Suspension or termination

Access to DealRadar may be restricted, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, respond to security concerns or enforce these Terms.

This may also apply where a user attempts to interfere with the service, bypass limits or use DealRadar unlawfully.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DealRadar is not responsible for losses arising solely from a user's reliance on estimated resale values, profit calculations, ROI calculations, marketplace availability or other decision-support information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as DealRadar develops, new features are introduced or legal and operational requirements change.
