1. About DealRadar

DealRadar is a Discord-based marketplace sourcing and resale decision-support service currently focused on Vinted UK.

DealRadar helps users create and monitor saved searches, analyse listings, review observed marketplace pricing, estimate resale economics and track potential opportunities.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use DealRadar, we may process information such as your Discord user or account identifiers, subscription status, saved-search information, watchlist information, bot commands, preferences and other service-related activity.

If you contact support, we may also process the information you provide in your message, including your email address, Discord details and the contents of your enquiry.

3. Marketplace and sourcing information

DealRadar may process marketplace listing information in order to provide sourcing, monitoring and resale-analysis features.

This may include listing titles, asking prices, product information, listing URLs, observed marketplace pricing and other information relevant to the analysis being requested.

4. Discord

DealRadar currently operates through the DealRadar Discord server. Discord therefore processes information associated with your Discord account and your use of the Discord platform under its own terms and privacy practices.

DealRadar searches and alerts are currently handled through private Discord channels rather than public community channels.

A private Discord channel is intended to prevent ordinary server members from seeing another user's sourcing activity. Access may still be possible for authorised DealRadar operators or administrators where required for operation, support, moderation, security or troubleshooting.

5. Payments and Stripe

DealRadar uses Stripe for subscription payment processing.

Payment-card information entered into Stripe's payment services is processed by Stripe. DealRadar does not ask users to send full payment-card details, Stripe secret keys or other payment credentials through Discord or email.

DealRadar may receive limited billing information from Stripe, such as subscription status, payment status, customer references and information needed to provide or manage the appropriate DealRadar plan.

6. How information may be used

Information may be used to provide and operate DealRadar, maintain user settings, monitor saved searches, produce requested analyses, manage subscriptions, provide support, investigate technical problems, prevent misuse and improve the reliability of the service.

7. Service providers and third parties

DealRadar depends on third-party services to operate. These may include Discord, Stripe, hosting and infrastructure providers, and marketplace services used as part of the DealRadar workflow.

Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide DealRadar, maintain subscriptions and user settings, resolve disputes, meet legitimate operational or legal requirements and protect the service from misuse.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect DealRadar information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or alteration.

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid sending passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials through support messages or Discord.

10. Your information and requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights relating to personal information held about you, including rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain information.

11. Children

DealRadar is not designed as a service for children. Users must also comply with any age requirements that apply to Discord, Stripe and supported marketplaces.
